Carbide molds are known as the “three pillars” of plastic product molding technology

Carbide mold In the field of polymer material processing, the mold used for molding cemented carbide mold products is called a plastic forming mold, or plastic mold for short. In the production of modern plastic products, reasonable processing technology, high-efficiency equipment and advanced molds are known as the “three pillars” of plastic product molding technology. In particular, plastic molds play an irreplaceable role in realizing the processing technology requirements of plastic parts, the use requirements of plastic parts, and the appearance requirements of plastic parts. High-efficiency fully automated equipment can only perform as well as it should when equipped with molds capable of automated production.

1. Carbide mold injection mold uses the screw or piston of the injection machine to inject the plasticized and molten plastic in the barrel into the mold cavity through the nozzle and pouring system, and the mold used for solidification is called an injection mold. Injection molds are mainly used for molding thermoplastic products. In recent years, they are increasingly used for molding thermosetting plastic products. This is a type of plastic mold that has wide uses, a large proportion, and relatively mature technology. Due to different materials or plastic part structures or molding processes, there are thermosetting plastic injection molds, structural foam injection molds, reaction molding injection molds, and gas-assisted injection molds.

2. Carbide mold compression mold uses pressure and heating to melt and solidify the plastic directly placed in the cavity, which is called a compression mold. Compression molds are mainly used for molding thermosetting plastic products, but they can also be used for molding thermoplastic plastic products.

3. The injection mold uses a plunger to allow the plasticized and molten plastic in the feeding cavity to be injected into the closed cavity through the pouring system, and the mold used for solidification is called an injection mold. Injection molds are mostly used for the molding of thermosetting plastic products.
